Step In

Step In is a project piloted through a grant from Schools Plus that provides online learning opportunities for high school students that have completely disengaged from their education.

Step In accepts referrals for students that have not re-engaged with their schooling even after going through all regular attendance and engagement procedures with the school.

Step In students are supported by a teacher and a Home School Liaison Officer to complete learning tasks online while they work towards the goal of reconnecting with the school and re-engaging with their education.

Learning is about never giving up – that’s why we help our students to re-engage with a step in the right direction.

The Pioneer School and Farm are great assets to the school. The Kitchen Garden program is fantastic and I'm loving not having to make school lunches due to the Paddock to Plate program!
