Child & Family Learning Centre

‘A strong, safe community learning and thriving together’.

Sorell Child and Family Learning Centre is a place for families with young children from pregnancy to 5 years to come together to grow, play, and learn together.

The CFLC provides a range of services that support our families and young children to thrive.

Supporting families and children from birth to the age of 5, CFLCs work with families to access a variety of health, community and support services.

At its heart; CFLCs act as a welcoming and safe meeting point for families and their kids to hang out, play and interact with other members of the community.

Through hard work and dedication; CFLCs are also about belonging. That’s what makes them so special. Every member of staff receives specialised family partnership training to ensure that every family that walks through the door feels valued.

There are currently 11 Child and Family Learning Centres (or CFLCs) in Tasmania, with another 6 in the pipeline.

With a new centre to open in 2023, the CFLC in Sorell will be exactly what it needs to be for our community.

Child. Family. Community.

Developing together.
